We process personal data solely to handle booking enquiries, to manage your stay and to fulfil the legally required guest registration.
Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is the operator of Finca Es Castell, S'Horta, Mallorca, reachable at hello@finca-es-castell.com and +49 172 7921761.
Booking enquiries
Through the enquiry form we process your name, email address, travel dates, number of guests and your message. This data is stored in our database and forwarded to us by email in order to answer the enquiry and prepare the stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Guest area
The guest area is accessed with a personal PIN that is valid only during your stay. For this we store your first name, arrival and departure dates and the PIN. Messages you send us from the guest area are kept until they are dealt with.
Guest registration
As hosts we are legally obliged to transmit guest registration data to the Spanish authorities (registration number ETV/1351).
Retention
Enquiries and stay data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed, at the latest after the statutory retention periods expire.
Processors
Website hosting, database and email delivery are provided by service providers within the EU that act solely on our instructions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection at any time, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
